CottageCare House Cleaning

I have used Cottage Care off and on through the years. I have had them regularly for service with breaks in between due to my own reasons unrelated to their service. I have also called on short notice and managed to get an appointment for cleaning. Cottage Care has helped.

My wife and I have been using CottageCare Virginia Beach for over five years and we love them. We had gone through a couple cleaning services prior to using Cottage Care, but weren’t quite satisfied. Luckily, the two women who come to our home from CottageCare understand the little things that we like and what is important to us. Simply put, they do a great job. It’s also nice how they are so easily able to accommodate our schedules. The costs are very reasonable and I highly recommend them!

We have been working with Cottage Care for over five years. Someone will come very week to clean the entire downstairs. They provide outstanding service. Their personnel will always arrive on time; and will do their job without asking questions or making comments. They go about their business and do what they are scheduled to. We have been very happy with their work. We are particularly fond of doing business with this company because when one of their employees is unable to make an appointment they will call ahead and book another. You wont find better service with anyone else.

I hired Cottage Care to come clean my floors every two weeks. To the best of my knowledge, they’re reliable and trustworthy and have done a good job.

The service was great and very throrough. I thought that it was a little pricy but we do have a large house and I was most happy that I I didn’t have to do the work! I also very much appreciated that the house didn’t have any chemical residue scent afterward, just fresh and clean, thank you!

I’ve been using CottageCare Virginia Beach for a long time, maybe 8 years at least. They always send me good people to clean my house. Amanda’s very good to work with and very flexible when it comes to scheduling and accommodating any changes I have. They send me different cleaners but they’re all very good.

CottageCare Virginia Beach does general cleaning around our house. We haven’t been using them for very long so I can’t tell you what it’s going to be in the long run, but so far so good. I am planning on continuing to use them. I don’t have any complains about their pricing or about their customer service.
