We first hired CottageCare three years ago. The same girl who came to our house the first day is still doing our cleaning all these years later and has taken excellent care of us.

CottageCare Barboursville has come to clean my home once a month for the last three or four years. I have a three bedroom, one and a half bath house with a family room and they clean everything. They vacuum the carpet and scrub the kitchen and bathroom floors by hand. They dust furniture throughout the house in addition to cleaning the sinks, shower, tub, and toilets. The staff is helpful and friendly. They start working right when they arrive and do not take breaks. Kathy makes scheduling very easy. I am able to set up appointments for the next six months and she accommodates any scheduling changes I need to make. I get a call the night before an appointment to confirm. For all these services, the price is pretty good. The staff at CottageCare Barboursville do whatever it takes to keep their customer happy.

CottageCare Barboursville does a very, very thorough job. They’re personable in their cleaning approach and pay close attention to detail. It’s the level of cleaning I would do myself, if not better. They’re just fantastic. I’ve been using their services off and on for about six or seven years. In the past they’ve come by every two to three weeks. They’re always on time, professional, and friendly. I also find them very trustworthy. It’s easy to schedule with them and they’re very accommodating. They usually call me the day before to confirm and also check-in for follow-up. Sometimes I give them a call afterward to let them know how great it was. Their prices are very comparable to other companies and I highly recommend them.

I’ve been using them for about a year or so. I get the same cleaner every time, and everyone I have interacted with is always polite and professional. I will continue to use them.

“I’m confined to a wheelchair and CottageCare comes in every other week and goes through the entire apartment and dusts the tops of chest drawers, headboards, picture frames and corners, and runs the sweeper in every room, cleans the bathroom and cleans the kitchen–even down to cleaning inside the microwave. They really keep my apartment straightened up and they do a really good job. I don’t have that big of an apartment and they do a very professional job that takes around 2 hours when they come. I must be on about at least my fourth or maybe fifth year. They send someone who is always here when they should be, except for the other day when they were late because we had 24 inches of snow. It was coming down at the time. They always do a good job and try to be accommodating with schedules and any kind of problem. “

I’ve been using CottageCare for about 7 months. They come twice a month and I’m very satisfied with them. They’re very thorough at the job and always do what I ask them to. They’re a very communicative company and I never have a problem.

The Housecleaners are always polite, cheerful and do a very good job every time. The office manager calls the day before to remind me of their appointment. I have never had any issues with this service.

Will use them again.

CottageCare cleaners do what I hire them do and they do a good job. They clean the house, change the sheets and dust and sweep. I have used them for a year and the cleaners are very efficient and pay attention to details. CottageCare costs more than others, but their reliability and flexibility is worth it.

This was first cleaning and I felt for the person(s) who did it. Probably enough dust to fill a garden! Had a pleasant scent to the air. Even remade my poorly made bed! Excellent job!

Cottage Care is very thorough. All the girls were nice, and I believe they just did an excellent job.

CottageCare’s cleaners are always very nice, always on time, and they do a good job. They adjust to my schedule, so they are great about that when I’m out of town or need to reschedule. We have a double schedule for basic cleaning. Once a month they clean the whole house, and on the second visit they just clean downstairs. They’ll ask if I need anything or if I have questions about anything.

CottageCare is very thorough and they don’t waste any time. Every other week they clean the whole main level of our house, including the kitchen, living room and dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways. They are kind and they have been respectful. I just mentioned their name at my church meeting last evening since my church is looking for a different way to clean the church.

Everything was done to satisfaction. No issues.

I used CottageCare Barboursville for the first time recently and I thought they were great. I had the upstairs and downstairs of my house cleaned and I was very happy with the quality of the cleaning. I was not at home whilst the cleaning took place but when I arrived home there was no mess, the cleaners were very clean and neat. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable house cleaning service!

CottageCare Did a Great Job Cleaning My Floors and Bathroom

“Kathy does a great job of taking care of me and listening to my requests. I had been using CottageCare for three or four years and have not been disappointed yet. I liked the work that they did but asked Kathy early on when setting up a consistent cleaning routine that if possible, I would prefer having the same two people do the job. She was very accommodating and did her best to try to make that happen. The cleaners always do a wonderful job and though their service is a little expensive, they are worth it. “
