CottageCare House Cleaning

We’ve worked with CottageCare for about 7 or 8 years. They clean my place bi-monthly. They always show up on time, clean what they’re supposed to, and have been able to work with me whenever I need to change our schedule. I would recommend them.

I tipped all of them, they did a great job! I had never heard of CottageCare before but we got a card in the mail, and we were looking for house cleaning. I keep my house clean, but I don’t usually do deep cleaning on the floors and bathrooms. CottageCare wasn’t here long, only about 2-3 hours for the entire house. They swept, dusted, did the two upstairs bathrooms, floors, counters, and some deep cleaning. The did an excellent job! I had a groupon for a different house cleaning service but I told my husband to give it away, because I’m never going anywhere else. I’ve already rescheduled them to come back, but they’ll probably only be back for 10 minutes because the house is perfect! Use CottageCare and nobody else, the end!”

I have Cottage Care come out once a month to help me keep up with cleaning the heavy stuff like my all wood floors and bathrooms. I had them come out around Christmas the first time as a gift to myself and they did a great job. Very friendly. They are on the higher price end because they use environmentally friendly, natural cleaning products, which is very important to me.

We started with CottageCare back in December. They provide a very convenient service. I like that they do the scheduling and get the work regularly done. They usually send more than one person so that they can get the job done in a reasonable amount of time. The people they send are usually very thorough, courteous, and polite. I’ve had a good experience with them so far, so I would highly recommend their work.

I like them very much. I used them before I moved for probably about a year or longer, and then I moved and since I’ve been here I’ve been using them for over a year. It’s the same office and someone else took over being manager and they are excellent. They call the day before and remind me. If I call with a special request they’re good about making sure it’s done. I actually recommended them to a friend the other day.

I’ve been with CottageCare North Dallas/Carrollton for about 3-4 years and I think the prices are fair. I certainly don’t want them to go up in cost. The cleaning crew comes out to my home every 3 weeks to clean 3 rooms including the guest room and a large bathroom. I would recommend this company and I will continue to use them.

CottageCare North Dallas/Carrollton has been wonderful. I had a new girl this time and she was great. I thought she was really thorough. I started using CottageCare when they first started and I was one of their first customers. They’ve even helped out with cleaning my daughter-in-law’s house for special occasions. I’ve already gone through three different cleaning services, and I’m very happy with CottageCare. When I tell the girls I need them to use something or not mess with something, they do what I ask them to. I want them to focus on cleaning and not picking up stuff, and they’re good about that. I’m having them come monthly. This last girl especially did a great job.

CottageCare North Dallas/Carrollton comes out to my resident every other week to do a general clean. They sanitize my bathroom and kitchen. Sweep, mop and vacuum. I am very happy with the results. Prices are fair. Overall, their staff is outstanding and on time for their appointments. I would recommend using CottageCare North Dallas/Carrollton.

I have been using the services from CottageCare North Dallas/Carrollton and they have always done a good job. They always arrive right on time and begin working quickly, and they always finish the work in good time. When they have finished with their work the house looks immaculate from top to bottom, and the workers are always very cheerful and upbeat while they are here and working. The price is great for the amount of work they do cleaning up, and I have never had a problem with any of the employees. I’ve had Cottage Care cleaning my apartment weekly for just over a month now and I couldn’t be more pleased. Everything vacuumed and dusted, bed made, towels folded, floors hand-washed, appliances wiped down, the place is spotless when they’re done for a rate I am altogether happy to pay. Also, management has been super-accommodating with my requests, specifically around retaining my current cleaning professional, who does amazing work, is very considerate of my need for occasional quiet (I work from home), and is also friendly and polite. (The other two professionals who have cleaned my apartment were also very friendly, polite and did good work; I just prefer familiar faces, and CottageCare was happy to accommodate me.) Very glad to have found this company and recommend them highly.

Millie was so fantastic! Our house needed a deep clean before we moved in and she worked away at it for the better part of a day. In the end, it turned out spotless and we now feel comfortable being in our home. Millie was also extremely personable and bonded with my fiance while I was at work. She also was very detailed and meticulous with everything in the house. We would happily work with Millie again!

I rarely give reviews of any kind and I am not an employee of CottageCare, just a customer. I had performed my due diligence in the effort prior to using CottageCare, gaining three bids for services with local competitors to clean my 5 bedroom 3600 sq. ft. home in Lewisville, which is no small feat! I was actually reluctant to use CottageCare due to there very low price point, in relationship to the other two companies. I was concerned that they would not perform at the level I required to show my home for sell, so I called to reverify all of the cleaning services to compare and ultimately chose their services. They spent most of the entire day with 2 employees and half way through, added a 3rd to assist. Upon completion, the supervisor inspected all of their work. I could not have been more pleased and I saved considerably due to the price point! Even though I keep my residence clean, I do not care or have time to do the deep cleaning that is required. Also, I have no desire to get on my hands and knees to clean the floor (as they do). I have since moved from the large house into a smaller residence and have them cleaning on a regular basis. They are always punctual and I really enjoy coming home to a clean environment. If you have a need or didn’t even think you had a need, call CottageCare. They will provide you the best services at the best price!

We have been using Cottage Care services for many many years and have been sending good cleaning crew. Erica Whitford did an excellent job with cleaning our house in detail including cleaning the baseboards and stairs very nicely. She is polite, came on time and asked us if there was anything that needed more attention. Thank you Erica for a great job done! Scheduling with Lydia is very easy. She is very adjusting with the days and times. She comes by while the cleaning person is at our home to make sure everything is getting addressed properly. I have been through my share of cleaning services. It always seems like the first few times they do a good job but after that it just fizzles out. However cottage care is different.
