CottageCare House Cleaning in Leawood, KS

We had used Cottage Care in the past, but it had been about a year since the last service. After initially contacting them, a cleaning was set up within a few days and they were able to accommodate doing a fantastic job with our 75 lb mutt in the home the whole while. They were able to set up the scheduled cleanings that we asked for, and the manager called the next day to make sure everything was taken care of. After the initial first cleaning, once they saw how long it would take, Lindsay, the manager said that due to the amount of time it would take them, they actually lowered the cost per cleaning by $20. When was the last time you had a business do that for you? Lindsay, Jessica, and Carolyn were all very professional and courteous and seemed very willing to do whatever it took to take care of our cleaning needs. We look f orward to a long relationship with Cottage Care and couldn’t be happier.

We have been working with CottageCare in Leawood for about five years. We have been going out of town more frequently for various things, and they have been willing to work around our schedules. They come out about every three weeks to clean for us, and do an excellent job. I would recommend them.

I have been using CottageCare for many years and they have always been good. It has only been once in several years that I did not have a good experience with one of the cleaning crews. Otherwise, it has been delightful. The people are courteous and efficient. When I make a request for something to get special treatment- for example, the baseboards, the sunroom floor, the shower- it’s always taken care of. They clean the house really well, and they are punctual, polite, and courteous. Give CottageCare a try!

CottageCare of Leawood is easy to work with. They do good quality work and provide great service. I’ve been using them for about a month, and they usually arrive on time and work efficiently. I love that they’re friendly and pleasant to work with, and they also use green products. They’re eager to please, and they do just that.

I needed my house deep cleaned so my husband could come home from the hospital on less than 2 days notice. They were able to send someone out the next day who did an exceptional job and he was able to come home that afternoon. I will definitely continue to use their service.

CottageCare Leawood have been very good about if something is overlooked or missed about coming out and correcting it and getting it the way we want it. The staff is very polite and kind while they are out as well. I will continue to use their service and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a consistent cleaning service.
