I've been using Cottage Care for almost 6 years. They helped deep clean my newly purchased condo after mold was remediated in the basement so that I could move in. They did such a good job that I retained their services for "standard" cleaning every other week.

My highest praise is for Melissa. I have a moderate dust allergy. For a few days after her cleans I can walk downstairs breathing normally and I don't have to take any allergy pills to sleep. She's also flexible and helps out with occasional changes to the cleaning requirements.

Callie is also very good. She has an incredible eye for detail.

Good cleaning. Easy billing. Reliable. Sometimes they don't leave enough time to get everything I ask done and they don't ask what I want done during scheduling.
