The best thing I like about Cottage Care is there flexibility. If I need them to come on a different day than usual they are always willing to make it happen. They do a good job of cleaning and if something is not done correctly they will fix it no questions asked.

CottageCare Olathe did a lot more than I expected. I moved into a new townhouse with filthy carpets with a musky smell and white sticky stuff growing. And I have two pets and needed a well-maintained carpet. When I called CottageCare Olathe, they mentioned that they usually use the dry method to clean carpets. I usually used the wet method in the past. Once I agreed to try the dry method, they triple cleaned everything. The technician was an exceptional person because he explained the work to me as he went along. After one attempt of cleaning, the bad smells and white stuff never came back! The technician even offered to clean the carpets again for free if they did come back.

We had a wonderful experience with CottageCare in Olathe. Their cleaners came out quickly and did a nice job. They performed a carpet and house cleaning for us. The young man that cleaned the carpet was wonderful to work with. I wasn’t here when the woman cleaned the house, but I was pleased with her results. I would recommend their service.

She was thorough, showed attention to detail and and was here at the scheduled time. We would highly recommend her and her quality of work.

The gentleman who cleaned our carpet was on time and very professional. He moved furniture gently and put it back in the proper place. He removed all dirt from traffic areas, as requested, especially on stairs, which is hard to do! I was thoroughly pleased and love our clean carpet!
