We signed up with Cottage Care Homes about two months ago and after having gone through a few cleaners to land on one we like, we cannot say enough about Lucy! She does a stellar job, she's very kind and friendly, and we highly recommend you ask for her specifically if you book with CCH and you're looking for a detailed clean :) We also want to commend CCH for working with us to get someone assigned that we feel fits our cleaning needs, and also manages to work around my spouse & I working from home full time. We feel like our business is valued by both CCH and Lucy and we recommend them both!

EDITED: It's been over a year since we signed up with CCH and we continue to be very satisfied with their services. After Lucy left CCH due to her graduating school, CCH continued to work with us to find another cleaner that met our needs. We landed with Alex; he has a great attitude, does a stellar job, and our dogs seem to love him. Also worth noting is that CCH consistently been very accommodating & flexible with scheduling, which we appreciate very much. Even with recent price increases, we continue to recommend CCH - ask for Alex if you want a deep clean!

After two cleanings of our house, we are extremely satisfied with cottage care. They pay close attention to detail which we love. Cleaning the glass doors in our shower has always been extremely hard for me, but Layla makes it look easy!

I have no carpet. Alex and Henry worked hard and were very professional and kind. Doesn't get much better! Alex found a 100.00 bill I thought I lost and even turned it in!
