How the price is built

Each room carries a rate, you choose the rooms, and the total is your price for the finished job. Larger homes add a size adjustment, four or more pets add a little, and the more often we come the less each visit costs: weekly is our lowest rate, every other week is what most customers choose, and monthly is the highest of the scheduled rates. Your first visit brings the home up to our standard and costs about one and a half times your every-other-week rate. One-time and occasional cleanings are priced like a first visit.
