Size. Larger homes take longer, so square footage is part of the price. Very large homes get a quick walkthrough first so the price is right the first time.
Pets. A house full of pets takes a little more work, and the price reflects that. One or two dogs or cats change nothing.
Frequency. The more often we come, the less each visit costs. Weekly is our lowest rate per visit, monthly the highest of the recurring schedules, and one-time or occasional cleanings are priced like a first cleaning.
