Because of our frequent travel, I really appreciate the flexibility of Cottage Care providing me with excellent cleaning any time I want it done. All of their cleaners are great (and expertly trained and supervised), but I want to send a special thank you to Malik today who did a fabulously thorough cleaning job today after our two-month absence.

Cottage care is fantastic to work with. If there are any changes in a schedule or holidays, they call and work things out. Caren is our usual cleaner and she’s very approachable and very non-judgmental.

My house has never been cleaner. Trinity does an excellent job. She has a smile on her face which makes you want to smile. I will always use her and look forward to her coming and making my house sparkle.

We were extremely satisfied with the cleaning service provided by Mia earlier this month. She was warm‑mannered, polite and hard‑working. We whole‑heartedly suggest Cottage Care to families in search of reliable house‑cleaning support. Her manager arrived near the completion of the service to go over all the finished tasks carefully. I was genuinely impressed by such strong sense of responsibility, a quality that has become fairly uncommon after the pandemi

Good cleaning especially kitchen floor! They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Even helped comb the fringe on the carpet! Thank you Cottage Care!

We had a new cleaning person this time. She introduced herself (Crystal) and shook my hand. She was cheerful and assured me she was going to do a great job. She did. We appreciated the thorough job she did all by herself. Usually, they send two crew members.

Carin did such a fabulous job cleaning our place! She was so warm and flexible, which was helpful since we are on our summer schedule and everything is wild in our home at the moment. I really appreciate her attention to detail and how willing she was to understand our needs. Thank you, Carin!
