We’ve been using CottageCare for several months. They do excellent work and are very flexible about scheduling. We have a monthly plan, but if we need to add or subtract rooms, or change the timing, they’re happy to do so. Lauren, our regular lady, is very detail-oriented, professional and responsive. The house always feels clean and fresh after she’s done. I especially love the floors – even our cat notices the difference! Lala and the rest of the office staff are pleasant, efficient and easy to reach. I used to stress over cleaning before guests came. But the last time we had visitors, I didn’t stress. Instead, I had time for the little things: arranging a bouquet for the guest room, hanging out towels, planning what beverage to serve with dinner. I've seen their name through out the years, so this is a well established company.  One week I had a fill-in and she was as awesome as my regular lady. 7/29/26-It’s been 2 years and I am still with Cottage Care for my cleaning needs. They come every other week and do such a great job that I am able to maintain in between. Amanda has been one of my primary cleaners. She is very friendly, upbeat, always thorough and just does an excellent job. With Cottage Care, if I ever have a concern, Lala or Lindsay always finds a solution to quickly resolve it. If you are considering Cottage Care, do it, you will be pleased. I have had other popular cleaning services, and was so happily surprised at how thorough Cheryl and Hailey were. I couldn’t have been happier with my clean. Even my family commented on how clean and fresh the house was.  They were able to get my stovetop to shine and my grout looked white again. (They scrub your floors on their hands and knees) At the end of my clean, manager LaLa came to introduce herself and walk through with the girls to ensure that everything was addressed. I also love that there are no hidden fees, no fines for cancellation or fees for missing a cleaning like my last cleaning service. We hired CottageCare for a deep clean of our home in Peoria before moving out of state. Scheduling was easy, communication was clear, and they clearly took care with every room. Easy process to start. Initial online to phone call with customer care day later setting up details of wants and quote given. Crew was accommodating and respectful. 6/16/2026 update: Our house smells very clean after they’ve done their work.  They do a very thorough and consistent job of cleaning.  So pleased that they clean in places I don’t even think about - in the can lights, the entire island and drawer fronts, ceilings. Cottage Care will try and give you the experience with several house cleaners so that you are familiar with more than one cleaner if they need to substitute. Should you find something not done to your satisfaction or you have a very specific way you want something done, they listen and correct or ate happy to do the task the way you want.  I recommend Cottage Care to help with your house cleaning tasks. Annette and Jen are so nice to have in our house!  I look forward to them coming and they are friendly but get down to work right away.  The house smells clean when they're done, the trash is emptied and all the floors are clean of course.
