Such a great experience! This was our first time ever having a cleaning service and we were absolutely delighted. From the inquiry through the cleaning customer service was top notch. The manager Crystal was very responsive and provided excellent customer service. She even stopped by to check-in to see how things were going. Jolanda was fantastic, things were cleaned extremely well and she even straightened some cluttered items on counters/desks. She was very polite and besides hearing a vacuum didn’t even know she was there. Cottage Care of Winter Garden is a big help with keeping our house clean. Their communications are great for scheduling and reminders. I wanted to update my GOOGLE Review of CottageCare. They've taken the load off for us for over 20 years. Their standard of excellence continues. We could not be more pleased with the thoroughness and care that Jalonda, or an occasional substitute, takes every two weeks. Our floor tile looks great; our baths shine; they manage to make our sometimes chaotic kitchen look like new.  They are consistently dependable, and communication with their office for an occasional schedule change is pleasant and efficient. Never a problem. Fairly priced. We recommend them strongly. Toni does an excellent job cleaning my house. This week Tiki did the cleaning and she also is excellent. I appreciate the use of masks since I have an immune-compromised issue. I was hesitant about hiring a house cleaning company but after doing some research and speaking with the owner of this company, Crystal, I was pretty sure CottageCare would be a good choice. They were!! EXCELLENT service!! Very thorough; no skimping on the work or taking shortcuts. Sarah & Jalonda arrived on time and were extremely efficient. Crystal even stopped by to make sure my family and I were satisfied with the outcome. We are! Crystal, Sarah & Jalonda were so nice. I didn't feel like there were strangers in my home. Jalonda at Cottage Care was absolutely fantastic! She cleaned areas that hadn’t been scrubbed in years! My home was fresh-smelling and sparkly clean…I’m so very pleased with her efforts.
