Robyn came to clean my home and does a wonderful job. She is pleasant and focused. She remembers the particulars of cleaning requests from prior visits such as not pushing the shoes under the hall tree instead placing them on the bench where I can reach them. I am very pleased with having the house cleaned and her attention to detail.

Summer 2023, Caitlin started cleaning my home. The transition was very smooth. She is paying attention to detail. The house is clean and tidy when she leaves. Thank you!

Selena is now cleaning my home. She is very response when I ask for additional focus. For example, our live Christmas tree was taken down, I asked for extra focus on the floor before furniture was returned to the spot. She did great! Thank you! 2026 Rachel is cleaning my home. She is wonderful leaving the place cleaning and tidy.

Super friendly and respectful staff. They arrive on time, they listen, they will make corrections if needed and all very courteous and with a smile. For me that’s 5 Star service. Prices are in line with other cleaning services and slightly less than independent cleaners who I’ve found underwhelming in their service. I like that they are environmentally conscious in the cleaning products they use. It’s been a relief to find a good team of cleaners in Colorado Springs after trying several different teams the last three years!

Absolutely outstanding experience working with CottageCare! Mia and her team was incredibly professional, courteous and responsive! Very reasonable rates too! My home was ready for a seasonal cleaning, and CottageCare was able to come out as soon as 3 days from my initial phone call. The team did a fantastic job and CottageCare even send a quality assurance rep from their team to verify everything was cleaned to their company's standard. I will absolutely have CottageCare clean my home again next time!

We are exceptionally pleased with the consistency and thoroughness of the service provided by Cottage Care. Andrea and Alyssa went above and beyond in the attention to detail.
