CottageCare House Cleaning Colorado Springs, CO

>CottageCare comes every week to do one level of my home, and then every other week, they do the whole house. The house as a whole is quite large, so it’s a lot to take on, but they do a good job!

My husband I got to a point in our careers where we just didn’t have the time or energy to put in to maintaining the cleanliness of our home. We asked around for home cleaners and were referred to Cottage Care. The service has helped us tremendously, and the quality of work is awesome! We have our home cleaned every other week, and it’s extremely affordable and has truly saved my sanity! I would recommend Cottage Care to everyone!

CottageCare in Colorado Springs really do a great job every time! We are always very happy and have been with them 2 years next month. They provide such a reasonably priced service and it has really helped us out so much. We have had very few complaints during that time and even when we do, they are quick to respond and correct. CottageCare was overall very thorough and did a wonderful job in my kitchen, especially my cabinets! My husband walked in and noticed they looked fantastic. The experience was very great. Overall, and given what they had to work with, they did a fantastic job. I will be calling them back. I was also impressed with the way the main supervisor came by to inspect the job was done well. I think it was unique since I’ve had house cleaning from other companies in the past. I’m also impressed that they called me post-cleaning with a satisfaction survey, which speaks well for the company!

I have used CottageCare for a little more than a year and what impresses me the most is that they are always on time and friendly, and are very amenable to doing something again if I needed them to. They do everything they are supposed to do, and the house is clean when they leave. They are very careful not to break or scratch anything and I’m pleased. So far with scheduling, everything has been very easy; I cancelled once and changed the time once, and it was very easy to do.
